POP Logo Competition

The team are hosting a competition to represent ‘The Pole of Possibility’. The logo should be designed to represent the meaning behind the new Pole:

  • Inner Gold: the possibility for personal change and the resilience, strengths, and golden, confidence-giving qualities we all have inside us.
  • Connection: the ripple effect when one person shares their story to change others lives and communities & the power of engaging with communities and partnerships.
  • Environment: the role of nature in human & planetary wellbeing & our responsibility to enjoy, appreciate & protect it; acting local can change global.

Anyone who would like to enter the logo competition can register here by completing the form below before 31st July 2020. You will be invited to a zoom meeting, where Karen, Iona and the team will clarify what the new Pole represents and the meaning of the phrase Inner Gold. This will give those taking part in the competition some understanding as a starting point for their creative designs.

The team will look through all the designs and collectively choose a winner. This is a great opportunity for anyone with artistic, graphic design skills to take part in a unique project that aspires to educate and inspire thousands of young people around the world. The winner’s logo will get wide coverage including being at the centre of the Pole of Possibility flag in Antarctica. There will also be a prize (currently unknown but being sought!).
